Shipping charges vary according to the weight of the product. Some products have the cost of shipping included and are clearly indicated right above the order button. At the end of each product description you will find a section on shipping and handling factors: weight, dimensions, etc. Shipping charges are calculated in real time using a CGI program that interfaces directly with the United Parcel Service (UPS) website server. Very rarely, the UPS shipping fee may not appear in your order form. If this happens, a Survival Instinct Customer Service representative will contact you by phone or email to confirm the exact shipping fees.

If your total order does not exceed 2 lbs and you specified UPS Ground for shipping or you selected First Class Mail for an item above 2 lbs, we may opt to upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail will get your order to you faster and could be delivered on a Saturday. If you wish not to avail of this free upgrade, please indicate in the comments section of the order form.

Our sale prices do not apply to previous orders. Prices are subject to change without notice, and seasonal commodities may not be available. Substitution of items of equal or greater value may be necessary in kit systems. While we do our best to review the accuracy of our prices, our web designers are not held responsible for typographical errors. If uncertain about pricing of an item, please send email to verify accuracy. We will promptly verify whether a typographical error has been made or if our manufacturers have recently adjusted prices.

We will meet or beat any competitive price. At Survival Instinct, we will not be satisfied unless you, our customers, are totally satisfied. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the product in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund less shipping. Freight/shipping/handling charges are not refundable. You will also be responsible for any shipping and insurance charges in sending back merchandise to us. Please check packing slip with actual delivery contents. Differences or damages must be noted with the carrier (delivery company) and reported immediately within 10 calendar days of receipt.

For your safety, our 30 day money back guarantee does NOT apply to food and water.. There is no way for us to ensure product integrity because of varying storage conditions and handling at the customer locations. If you are not sure of the food and water product, we have samplers available. Our samplers will allow you to experience a particular food or water product and the sampler cost is credited when you purchase the orderable bulk packages.

Due to video and software licensing issues, we can only exchange videos and CDROMs for the same title within 30 days from the original purchase date. This is standard practice in all department and computer stores regarding videos and software. We will provide as many screen shots and descriptions to allow you to make a smart purchase decision.
