There are three types of spray patterns in pepper sprays. The stream, mist and foam type. We offer the stream and the mist patterns. They both have their advantages, as well as disadvantages. The first type of pepper spray pattern is the stream type. This type of pepper spray is effective in preventing blow back. There is very little chance of you getting sprayed with the pepper product that is reflected or carried by the wind. This is used by law enforcement for an isolated delivery of the pepper ingredient on an assailant around other civilians. The second type of pepper spray pattern is the mist type. This is very effective in spreading the pepper product in a room or enclosed area. Police use this to flush out suspects from their hiding areas. Extreme caution when you're using this type of pepper spray indoors. Be aware to leave the area immediately.

WHAT DOES SABRE RED DO?
SABRE RED incapacitates the attacker for up to 10-15 minutes or longer. The effects are immediate - severe burning sensation in the eyes with copious tears, coughing, and difficulty in breathing. The eyes close involuntarily, the nose runs and moist skin stings. One shot to the face causes instant panic and physical agony.

WHEN TO USE SABRE RED
The idea is to be prepared, so take SABRE RED whereever you go. It is recommended that SABRE RED be carried in hand when walking alone, entering buildings, hallways, elevators, parking lots, etc. It's practical, positive protection. AFTER SPRAYING THE ATTACKER, ESCAPE IMMEDIATELY AND CALL POLICE. DO NOT TRY TO CAPTURE ATTACKER. Sabre Red contains an invisible ultra-violet dye which aids police with super identification.

HOW TO USE SABRE RED
For Pen Unit, remove cap first, aim at your target, then depress actuator. For Spray Unit, turn the actuator to firing position. Aim the unit at the attacker's eyes, nose, and mouth and depress the actuator button while following the target. A heavy spray of powerful protection will discharge from the actuator to a range of 6 to 12 feet. Shield face when firing into strong wind. To stop firing, release thumb pressure. Test fire periodically to check performance of your weapon. It is the consumer's responsibility to keep unit from accidentally firing.

REACTION: Oleoresin Capsicum (Red Pepper) is an inflammatory agent. It will induce coughing, choking and nausea, as well as dilating the eye capillaries resulting in temporary blindness. The mucuous membranes will swell to prevent all but life support breathing causing the assailant to be temporarily incapacitated. A one second burst of 15% Pepper Spray will stop an attacker for up to 45 minutes without causing permanent damage.

FIRST AID: AVOID CONTACT WITH SKIN AND EYES. Remove contaminated clothing IMMEDIATELY. In case of skin contact, FLUSH affected area thoroughly with soap and water 15 to 20 minutes. Repeat as necessary. DO NOT rub, or use creams, salves or oils. Effects will generally disappear after 45 minutes. If symptoms persist, see a physician immediately. In case of eye contact, remove contact lenses, flush with cold water for 15 minutes and get prompt medical attention.
